Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics AX Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics AX system, essential to the efficient operation of our business processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our ERP system, contributing to the smooth odperation of our internal workflows and the satisfaction of our end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for the Dynamics AX Engineer include
1. Design, develop, and maintain functionalities within the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
2. Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and debugging of Dynamics AX solutions to identify and resolve system issues.
3. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements, recommend modifications, and provide support on Dynamics AX-related topics.
4. Lead the deployment and migration of Dynamics AX solutions across different environments, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient transition.
5. Provide technical documentation, including system designs, release notes, and end-user training materials, to support system enhancements and deployments.
6. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics AX updates and technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements to the system's functionality and performance.

Skills & Experience

The Dynamics AX Engineer must meet the following requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
3. Proficiency in X++, MorphX, and other Dynamics AX development languages and tools.
4. Strong understanding of Dynamics AX architecture and data structures, as well as integration capabilities with third-party applications.
5. Experience with lifecycle services, workflow, and financial modules.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, along with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
